"This place is pretty cool and my overall experience has been great so far! I'm a new patient that chose to be seen at the Hutto location for my Annual Exam. Once I scheduled an appointment, I received direct communications from a personal concierge assigned to me, who was specific in her instruction to fast for 8-hours- which I did. I thought it was AI at first but after todays appointment, the staff assured me, she's real. The lobby is small but comfortable for sitting and/or snacking while you wait. My appointment was at 2:25pm, and I showed up 5-minutes late. After checking in, I sat down but was immediately called. Wow! Was not expecting that. Shortly after I was shown to the exam room where I conducted the remainder of my appointment (about 30-45 minutes from start to finish). I remain extremely impressed by how quickly, thorough, and professional all the staff were in helping guide this appointment towards success. It really feels as though everyone is on the same page and put my health first. I truly appreciate how quick and easy this was and am looking forward to my future visits at this location.
