"My 6 year old started here a few months back. He previously went to another gym. We love Renzo Gracie! They have a few instructors out on the mats with the kids which helps with managing short attention spans and teaching technique. They are engaging and encouraging. They really teach basics and terminology that the other gym we went to did not. I like that they have some days with the Gi and some without. They also have “Fun Fridays” where they play skill-based games, which is like a special treat to my son if he does well through the week. The atmosphere is respectful and family oriented. My kiddo is always excited to go!"

"My daughters goes to their classes and has gained so much from it. This was way out of her comfort zone and I was worried she wouldn't like it. She was shy at first but the coaches are great and she quickly overcame her fears. It turns out she loves it and putting herself out there and trying something new has given her a new found confidence. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new activity for your child that gets them to be physically active. I would say especially for high energy children. They will get it out on the mat."

"I've NEVER had any martial arts training. Went in on my first day and went straight to work! TONS OF FUN! My instructor, Mark, was super cool and explained everything so I could understand it easily. The hour went by so fast and I can't wait to go back again! Highly recommend for ALL levels of training. **UPDATE** It's been about 2 months since I've started training and I can already feel a difference in my body and even my mind. I'm more confident and feel more energetic! The team is so inviting and fun to work with. I'm excited for every class and can't wait until my next training session!"

"I took the trial class a few months ago and the female instructor was very patient with me; she is very well trained with loads of experience and it's easy to follow her suit with their examples. I said I would return; though I personally feel like I wasn't ready just yet due to my self confidence and saw that I should get into better shape till I was ready so that's my own issue to deal with. Very friendly staff, plenty of space for a time-slot schedule and uplifting atmosphere. I hope to return to learn the art one day. Really appreciated their time I had with them."
