"Was never greeted or acknowledged in any way. Was there for insoles that my husband had purchased there b 4. Wrote myself in anyway and I went to browse the insoles. I found them by myself and went and stood by the checkout hoping 1 of the employees would notice that I was ready to checkout. But nothing. Finally after about 10 min I asked if there was anyone who could just ring me up. You need to hire someone to welcome people, check them in and just ring them up. I can see why more and more people are choosing online shopping. I myself will see if these insoles are available next time elsewhere online."
