"If I could give them no star, I would. Ordered some Rock Project 4 and received them on 12-5-22 midday. I opened the package and box and immediately noticed several this wrong. 1. Wrapping was torn 2. Shoes unite 3. Paper that goes into the shoes was out 4. The soles were dirty 5. Sides of the shoes dirty as well 6. Left shoes has the indentation like someone had walked in them. Called to do a return and was told that my new pair of Rock Project 4 will be shipped out immediately (expedite) with a date 12-8-22. Well that didn’t happen! Was told after three (3) said I would get them by end of 12-8-22, that was wrong. I will get my shoes once UNDER ARMOUR has the return shoes. After going back and forth, I decided to ask for my money back , just ridiculous. Let’s see if I get that back in 2-5 business days! #C1333942"

"I went during the weekdays since it's less busy, but no one wanted to help. I asked one of the lady if they carry a black visor hat for men's. Her answer were "I am not really sure", and walk away. I guess talking to each other is more important than the customers. They pretty much go out of their way not to help you here."
