"Went today about 10:23 got in line. Placed an online order about 25 mins before. At 10:25 notified the app I was waiting in line. When I got to window employee stated they were refusing to make my order.. before only then was it after 10:30. I requested a refund and they stated the app would refund me. It clearly states on the app refunds are done at the McDonald’s locations. Placed a new order in hopes of better results. Received an absolutely disgusting coffee in the wrong size cup. This McDonald’s has the most rude and hard to understand employees. The lady at the 2nd window proceeded to talk bad about me to the other employees not knowing I understood her Spanish. My Big Mac had so much lettuce it was very clear this staff just doesn’t care about the quality of service and product they are producing."
"I was here for chat and chill! Twas a good space for it! The inside the store was kept clean and very presentable! I don’t mind coming back and study as well! Good service provided for sure! Keep up the nice work!"
"I'm a little concerned about my burger being undercooked. I have tried to get in touch with the staff but at this time it is my lunch so I do not have time to head back to the store. My burgers were pink I have some photos. Maybe we could keep them on the grill a little longer. Order # 824 ks#8 dc #24 Mcd qp burger. I could taste some undercooking when I was at the center of my burger."
