Coach Boris is adamant about safety. Safety in the way he has his youth athletes train and also safety in the way he sets up training activities. "I had a chance to observe coach Boris during practice sessions for 2 days as parent of young triathlete . He and coach Arlyn were working with the "home and visiting" group of high performance junior/youth athletes (age 14-18).
