"Purchased a sofa about 7 years ago. The seat started to sag so I contacted customer service at Flexsteel. The sofa has a lifetime warranty on the springs / Seat Cushion Foam. They told me I have to use their service company ServeCo due to the warranty period on labor has elapsed. They also stated that the springs are no longer available but have a substitution. I contacted ServeCo and was informed that there is a $35.00 processing fee. If I wanted it installed that would be another $230.00. Keep in mind this is 10 springs and a cheap piece of foam. Well, I wanted to keep the sofa because it was still in good shape just needed the new springs. I knew I could replace the springs in 15 minutes a real easy job. When I received the replacements, I knew they would not fit. Way to small in length. wasted $35.00 for a warranty item that should be covered under warranty. I would advise you to look at another company that stands behind their warranty and have the items in stock."

"I just received a new Henry sofa 3 weeks ago and it’s amazing! It has power foot, head, and lumbar along with reclining back to zero-g! I love the soft feel of the leather and the color is such a rich chocolate brown. Our family’s new favorite nap spot!"

"We have had 3 different sofa’s in the past and was very pleased with FlexSteel. So when we purchased another new Sofa and 2 larger chairs, FlexSteel was the preferred supplier. We received the furniture late 2019. Spent the next 5 months in Florida, so now after less than 2 years with only 1 1/2 years of ware from 2 seniors with no kids or pets, the cushions are sagging and we have a structural issue. FlexSteel state that we’re out of warranty. I can almost bet that I will get the standard reply on this post which also tells me that FlexSteel don’t care about the customer any more. Even their service rep. said they don’t build things like the used to. So don’t pay more for FlexSteel because your not getting quality."

"Our house now has living room, home office and dining room pieces from Flexsteel. My wife is a huge fan of the Plymouth dining room table and the home office pieces because of the pretty finish. My kids like the three recliners built into the Trip sofa and the dog loves the Nance (he only gets on when we aren't home...sneaky dog!). I am a fan of the quality and appreciate the lifetime warranty on the products!!"
