"Dubuque Plato’s closet is HORRIBLE! Has to be the nastiest one around, smells horrible and not to mention the clothes they take in are disgusting have holes and stains. Multiple items are prices OUTRAGEOUS (Had a pair of jeans WITH THE NEW TAG STILL ON and had their price $10 more???). DO NOT SHOP HERE. Hire people that know how to do their job."
"I use to love shopping here…. But the place has gone downhill and I will not be returning. Nasty environment, rude staff, the clothes were priced well but have been increasingly going up and up. $18 for an ugly, long sleeve shirt. $60 stained and stinky shoes. Don’t even get me started on the “name brand items” lol! Save a stop and don’t shop here."
"They do not pay well for cloths 10/10 would not recommend to bring clothing items and they broke my hamper and bags I brought in."
"Not happy. Just tried to take stuff in, someone said it would take 25-30 and it ended up bringing almost an hour and a half and they took nothing and said it wasn't anything they sell alot of yet it was everything on the list they had of what they wanted and said it was out dated yet over half of there stuff is out dated. Not a good experience."
"Went in today 10/23 to do the 6$ grab bag sale. Super deal btw! The girl that checked me out, KC, as it says on receipt was so sweet! Super friendly and complemented all the things I picked out. She just seemed very genuine, kudos to her."
