"I have been attending GBTW for over a decade now and I can say the gym culture that Janice, Alex, and the rest of the GBTW coaches have cultivated is one to be proud of. The level of both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai at GBTW speaks for itself as many of the gyms members are successful in competition in anywhere from novice to professional levels. As a gym member who travels alot for work, and trains while on the road, I can confidently and sucessfully utilize the skills I have learned from GBTW coaches and apply them wherever I may drop in to train.
