"The most unprofessional & disrespectful coach I’ve ever met. He disrespected my brother at a boxing tournament because he claimed my little brother was a “punk “ because he won against his fighter. He disrespected my 50 year old mother because she tried defending my 15 year old brother. It’s very rude and heart breaking go hear that from a coach that supposedly cares to see kids succeed in life."

I burn 600+ calories most classes! Coach Rudy gives great feedback and pushes you. I would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay or get in shape. It is always a fun class/workout!"
