"I've been going to NAP for roughly 4 years. My last sick visit really was upsetting. There's nothing more I hate than when I feel unheard. Visited Dr. Villamaria. We've seen her a few times but the last time we saw her, she seemed very indifferent and uninterested in her job. Maybe an off day? Who knows. I was given a suggestion I already did not really like but, hey, she's the doctor. I was told to give this recommendation 2 weeks but to call if symptoms got worse. Symptoms worsened so i called, i got a receptionist who told me they would call back once they spoke with the doctor. I missed this call and they left me a voice mail stating "the doctor STRONGLY suggests to finish out the 2 weeks" and to call back after the 2 weeks (which was in 3 days, may I add). The voicemail instructed to call back if I had any questions. Naturally, as I was still concerned, I called back. The very "stuck up" and "rude" receptionist read the note and said, "the note here says they left a very DETAILED voice message (emphasis on DETAILED) so do you STILL have questions?" Again, She was very dismissive and rude. To which I stressed that I was STILL concerned because the RECOMMENDATION was not working, in fact, my daughter's symptoms have worsen which I was told to call back if that was the case. She then proceeded to repeat the instructions and gave me no resolution. It's sad that they treat concerned parents like this and I only hope this doesn't happen to any of them. The receptionist was Jodi, and by looking at reviews, this isn't the only bad review she's received. May I suggest that it's maybe time for a one on one with Jodi?"

"Great doctors but unfortunately poor customer service and unempathetic staff. I had been there for 6 years, it became harder to get appointments and I began to feel like just a number in line. I had a few bad encounters with Jodi. At one time I had made an appointment for my son the next day bc I couldn't get a same day appointment. I ended up taking my son to urgent care in the evening because his symptoms were getting worse. I called at 8am the next morning to cancel the appointment as it was not needed any more. Jodi was extremely rude and said we would have to pay for the appointment. I was 8 months pregnant at the time, after a long back and forth she said she would "make an acception" this once. When your kids are sick and you are jumping through hoops to get them the care they need - the last thing you need is to deal with someone who is rude and insensitive. I stayed so long for the doctors, left because of poor customer service."

"Not sure if they book several patients at the same time but we always had to wait for the doctor for a long time. And the last time was beyond ridiculous. After waiting for almost an hour we were still not able to see the doctor, they kept telling us we were next, the working day was almost over. Considering we have an infant who was getting very fussy, sleepy and hungry, we decided to leave as it was still unclear how much longer we needed to wait. And! Oh surprise! They ended up put in the records that our child still received vaccines and all the visit care as if it really happened! We were appalled to see completely wrong information in the record! That's not only a terribly ran office issue but a huge legal issue, can't believe they are so easy with a child's health record. We are not going to continue with them and do not recommend this clinic."

"Only reason we are bringing our kid is Dr. Patterson. He’s cool! Front staff is Horrible.. they cancelled/changed or didn’t put our appointment correct at very first place and pushed appointment for 2 months away..? Either they don’t have enough staff or not well managed..! Escalated to office manager and spoke with Julianne but guess what, she was no different than her staff. Felt like no empathy towards their patients, also she told “we are super busy and we can’t change it so take it what we have messed up or wait for 2 months or change pediatrician”. I think I felt some arrogance from her tone and poor management skills! DON’T GO THERE…! THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY AND BOOKED FOR MONTHS AND HAVE NO TIME FOR YOU OR YOUR KID..!!"

"Dr. Chelsea Johnson is a fabulous physician who truly knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her patients and their families, her bedside manner is perfect for children. The staff is always amazing and friendly. Scheduling is convenient and flexible, same-day appointments for sick visits are always available. Our kiddos love their doctor!"
