"The current management is very rude. They do not receive phone calls even will not call you back if you leave a message. Be careful when you move out. They might send you a huge bill even if you clean everything. So, the clever way is to keep videos/pictures when you move in there or make a move out inspection together!"

"Lived here for nine years with rent staring off over $200 cheaper, and got no upgrades in the apartment. The carpet was ages old and matted, toilet was leaking, mold in the shower and the list could go on. and not to mention that one of the staff that lives in the apartments backed into my car while drunk and called the cops on me three days later."

"Wish I could give a lower rating,didn't even get the chance to stay here, because the pinhead property manager more or less went out of her way to make sure that I didn't and ultimately WOULDNT want to..I'll Try to make this as brief as I can.My experience with cedar Crossing started about 2 weeks ago seen an ad for an available unit for me and my family(I think great)called to set up a viewing ,agreed upon a date, called back the day prior to the agreed time as requested, only to be told that the unit had been rented. A few days after that disappointing conversation she reached out to me again to say that the people who had stepped in and rented it had change their minds and the unit was available again so I make time after a 12-hour shift to drive to the complex and take a tour I tell her that I like what I see and that I would like to move forward she advises me of the process more or less making it clear that it is not an overnight thing that can be done and move in the next day yet lo and behold I call back today to see what time would work best for her to get everything submitted and make the security deposit and first month's rent ..didn't get a call back the entire day probably called at least three times FINALLY.. around 5 I get a call back and wouldn't you know it the unit has been rented out from under me AGAIN (sure jan,sure)there was a showing right after my showing(crazy right?) basically Sorry Charlie LOL the funny thing is when I was leaving she was locking up her office and getting in her car!ultimately its the owners loss of revenue because of their poor choice in a property manager,the apartment was 750 a month between me and my girlfriend we pull in around 3600 a month no sweat.Don't waste your time with these people as they obviously have no problem wasting yours!on the upside I found an even better place to rent =D minus the weirdo on-site management"
