"My 5 year old dog passed away Friday night. Of an abscess liver. I took her to Troy 2 weeks ago due to a mass on her right side. They never tried to find out what was going on inside with the mass. The just loaded her up with $500 worth of antibiotics. Treating the symptoms they said. A week later I took her back and still no diagnosis but $750 worth of more pills. I finally took her to Edwardsville and within 5 min. I was told about her liver. It seems that money is the focus in Troy and not the care of our pets. Both visits to Troy we were in and out in 5 min. With no idea what was making her sick."
