"Went to Expresscare in Troy to have ear wax cleaned out. When the bill came they double billed me, once for the clinic and a second bill saying it was an emergency room."

"Do not go here! Avoid this place at all costs! These people are extremely rude. The provider Tara Topper is absolute trash of a doctor! I have never felt so belittled in my entire life BY A PROVIDER! Not only that but they put incorrect stuff on my chart! They failed to mention to me that they could not complete any labs in their office UNTIL AFTER I WAS IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM so going there was a waste of my time and money because I couldn't even get my condition properly EVALUATED! Then they billed me as a hospital so now I have to pay for an ER visit!"

"Received top notch care, the NP and nursing staff did a great job. The nursing team show they care about there patient and was very Professional. Secretary was not so friendly and didn’t like talking about insurance/billing questions but everyone else did great job, would definitely recommend this Exspresscare!"

"This establishment is an absolute embarrassment to the health care industry. Unless you want to be talked down to and have no actual care/treatment, then I do not encourage a single person to ever step foot into this facility. I brought my daughter here for a very simple reason, but enough that I wanted her seen. The receptionist were awesome and friendly. The triage tech was wonderful and polite. The nurse practitioner Tara, was by far one of the most hateful and arrogant providers I've ever encountered. I've worked as an RN for 7 years in a local ER and intensive care and can say without a doubt, that Tara is on a complete power trip and her bedside manner is atrocious. Anderson should be ashamed to have any association with this individual. I've never encountered a provider who deserves to be in healthcare less. She absolutely did not care about my daughter or our concerns. Refused to examine or test her because she "looked fine." No MSE performed. A violation of EMTALA. Simply wanted to use medical terms to seem intelligent but in reality just had no idea how to interact with a pediatric patient and parents. Absolutely a disgusting individual that I wouldn't recommend trusting a single thing too, much less the well being of your family or friends. I hope you see this Tara, because while we didn't speak up while at your facility, do not take that as a job well done. You are a pathetic individual who wouldn't last a day at any other healthcare facility. Most nurses take pride in the fact that they at least know what they are doing and are good at doing their job, even if not every patient walks away happy. You, however, are not allowed to take pride in what you do. Your job is not to be belligerent to patients. As a fellow nurse, I am calling you out on your pitiful practice and encourage you to consider another profession. Because your compassion and professionalism are completely gone. And Anderson Healthcare, I hope you realize that this individual is a disgusting mark on your reputation and a disgrace to the healthcare industry. None of us are perfect in healthcare, but very few are as terrible as Tara is at caring about somebody else."

"DON’T GO TO THIS EXPRESS CARE! Took my 4 children here to get tested for strep throat (2 came back positive). I checked insurance coverage before going and even confirmed when we arrived. Never once was it explained that I would be billed as an ER visit. I had to pay my $30 normal copay and then received a $1200 bill about 3 months later. Complete fraud and unethical. I have been in contact with my insurance and have called Anderson. They now tell me they have a separate form that people have to fill out to notify patients of this billing. You are not an ER. Completely disgusted with this health system."
