"I arrived 3 minutes late to my7:15 appointment this morning. I was the first appointment of the day. Not a single other soul in the lobby not one other car in the parking lot and I was told with zero friendliness or compassion that they had to cancel me because they have a full schedule and I was late. I seriously thought for a very brief moment that she was kidding. I have been a patient there for years. Not once has a policy like this ever been told to me. It was not told to me when I scheduled the appointment. I know for a fact I’ve sat in a room many times longer than 4 minutes waiting on the doctor but that time is okay I guess. I understand had I been 15-20 minutes late and maybe getting too close to the next appointment but 3. Seriously?? Is that not still my appointment window. I will be finding a new medical practice for sure. And before you hit me with all the “be on time and this doesn’t happen”comments. No kidding I’m not an idiot. But I’m usually at work in the opposite direction on a Friday morning so I drove 30 minutes from my house on a highway and during a time of day that I never take and didn’t properly account for traffic. My bad, but the extra 180 seconds it took me shouldn’t have been enough to send me straight back out the door when there was no one else there. Especially an established patient. My family will be headed elsewhere. Not that that really matters to them I’m sure it doesn’t but it matters to me."
"Office staff is extremely unhelpful, especially when trying to help patients get in with a certain dr that they want to see. Do not recommend."
"After years of seeing a physician here, I pulled up 1 minute past my appointment time and when I checked in they said I was 2 minutes late and cannot be seen. Are you kidding me? Do you know how much of my life has been spent sitting in the waiting room? I understand if I was grossly late or had a habit of no showing but after being a loyal customer/patient, this is how I am treated? After I got done explaining my disappointment to the receptionist, I looked at the clock , 8:35. I would have still been sitting in the waiting room. I would like my money back then for the appointment where I sat in the exam room last year because the NP was running late to work. What is fair is fair."
"I used to love going to this place. Danielle was great and is the one that diagnosed and treated me for a problem my former primary tried to convince me was a stomach flu. However, lately it appears all I've had are problems. I informed them at one point that they submitted a bill to the wrong insurance company and asked them to resubmit to the proper one once in person and once via messaging system; the practice manager refused and told me it was my problem the second time I mentioned it but didn't have a problem fixing a billing issue for the same insurance company I asked her to submit the other one to. I contacted my insurance company at one point and they said they tried to contact the office regarding this bill (I had to submit it as a claim) and they never heard back. I also had been treated for a UTI in urgent care in about mid-January. I followed up with Danielle and they claimed that my UA came back without any abnormalities but when I went to the ER that following Monday due to severe pain, multiple tests concerning my kidney values and urinary tract were flagged. It was relayed to me by the receptionists that Danielle wanted me to just drink more water. This was after I had to print off these results and give them to them because they claimed that the hospital sent over too many documents for them to look and find my results. After insisting on another blood panel and getting my blood work flagged once again, I was told to keep drinking more water and wasn't given a date or anything as to when we should recheck the values even after I specifically asked. As much as I like Danielle and thinks she's great, I wasn't satisfied with being told that my problem was just chronic dehydration. I found a new primary who did a UA and they immediately prescribed me something because once again (for the third time in two months) I had evidence of a UTI in my urine. At no point was I asked how much water I was drinking and during my follow up with her after urgent care it was suggested that I "eat cleaner" for a week or two and see how I feel after. I'm not sure how they arrived at the conclusion my urine was abnormality free but I believe the three different providers that have told me that there was something present in my samples. At no point was it suggested to retest my urine even though I've had UTI symptoms for a total of nearly two months. As much as I like Danielle, I really believe that I wasn't going to get better anytime soon with things going the way they were. I like to think she did her best and that she did care but I feel like I went through too many tests for something as simple as a UTI. It really is exhausting to have four different providers do a number of blood and urine tests on you and have your primary still think there's nothing wrong. I've easily spent nearly $200 just on copays alone in the last two months."
"Some of you people leaving reviews should post how you acted. You have to wear a mask because it’s still mandated by the State. They have to enforce this rule because they’ll get shut down. You can’t just cuss out employees because you don’t get your way. My doctor there is great, so don’t listen to the 1 star reviews."
