"Very convenient for me and everyone there is 100% on the ball. Obviously doing therapy to recover from an injury is never a fun or pain free experience but these folks take their time, answer questions, explain things/give their educated opinions, and above all ask questions and listen to the answer. Making the appointments has been easy and thanks to Shana I even got my first appointment(s) set up via text when I wasn't able to speak on the phone including getting my fist appt. for the next day which was awesome! "I recently completed PT treatment for a pinched nerve in my neck, and I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care I received at Apex in Troy. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. Cory carefully assessed my condition and with a thorough evaluation, developed a personalized treatment plan tailored to my condition. On each visit, the therapists guided me through my exercises as well as incorporated strengthening, manual stretching, and massage to help alleviate the pressure on the nerve which relieved my pain and improved my range of motion and strength.
