Here's 2 Eyes

"NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR This is day three on trying to contact Here's 2 Eyes. My child received her glasses and they were not fitted properly to her nose and ears, and she is refusing to wear them. Now I need to get the prescription and there is no answer, voicemail, nothing! Business hours online state they are open. Edit: the script her dad initially picked up from them the day of the exam is completely different than what they faxed over to me! Now her new glasses are in with the wrong script lens. How do you write down two different prescriptions and give them out to the parents? If you cannot keep your records straight then maybe you should not be writing prescriptions for people and it's time to retire! NOT HAPPY!!"

"I went to Here's 2 Eyes years back. Excellent customer service and decent prices for my glasses. These are wonderful people and another bonus is you are supporting a local business. Some people say yippie so what? That means when you're going to a locally owned business, that money stands a much better chance at staying locally and not deposited into a centralized corporation's bank account somewhere other than Lincoln County or Missouri even. Always spend local at independently owned shops!!! Next time I need to get new glasses it'll be Here's 2 Eyes!!"

"Great service from a small business. I would have been upset about lost glasses or damaged as two other reviewers mentioned, but I have been more than satisfied. I found these nice people several years ago when Walmart told me my son's glasses could be fixed and returned in a few weeks, or I could try this business. My little guys glasses were fixed on the spot. I have been a happy customer since. With reviews I would say you can never be perfect or make everyone happy. I am adding to the very satisfied group."

"The eye doctor is great. The customer service, not so much. Took almost 2 months to get my husband's glasses. Yes , they moved and yes they lost his glasses on the truck. Because the drivers couldn't find the location. After getting his glasses, they didn't fit them or adjust them. Then we get home and notice the left lens was defective, there is a line in the lens next to the nose piece. Called back to the office, they said they could order another lens. Here we are 2 months later!! Just called the office, and STILL no lens......shameful. yearly exam will NOT be at here's 2 eyes. Would not recommend them to anyone."
