"Dear Lincoln county nursing &rehab I really don’t appreciate the service you guys giving my grandma . My grandma room is not clean at all I work in a hospital. We take care of people in the hospital. . And we keep our hospital nice and clean . You guys don’t have her room clean at all ."

"ShiftKey CNA night agent here. Worked at this place maybe 5 times. It’s 1 hour and 30 minutes from me. (I don’t mind a drive) this place has 6 halls, A B C D E and F. Each hall has maybe 10-20 residents, so 60 or more individuals. I worked with some pretty good CNAs, but one nurse was awful. We are expected to get 10+ people up, cleaned, and dressed starting at 5am, then we leave at 6am. Not reasonable. On top of that, the night shift is finishing up dinner and laying them to bed. They would have 2 Aides all night sometimes 3, plus one nurse. How do people expect anything to get done? It was raggedy in there, and I can believe the care was poor during the day. If I can’t take care of 20-30-40 people by myself at night, then the day shift can’t either."

"Re-posting my review that was subsequently (and conveniently removed) years later. Remove all the reviews you want, but you are still continuing to receive bad reviews. My grandmother was abused in this facility. Stop covering up feedback/poor reviews and take ownership, strive to make things better."

"I wouldn't send anyone you love here! They don't give the residents the proper food or enough. Often the meals have no fruit or vegetables. The residents often have to wait hours for their call lights to be answered and if you call and leave a message for the Administrator don't expect to hear from him. They don't do rehab with the residents and when you make an appointment to see a resident don't plan on anyone being available to let you in or answer a phone. Need I say more? This is not a reflection of the caregivers but those that manage the place."

"OK so the reason why am sharing one star on this page for Lincoln County Nursing And Rehab I previously have left there seeing my great grandfather and he has went through a lot and he had to go into a nursing home. So I went up there today and seen him it took the nurses almost 30 minutes to come and help him to use the restroom and when they finally came in they act like it was such a hassle and such a headache to help someone. I recommend no one and I repeat no one send their love ones there. They need to get better staffing OK so the reason why I am sharing one star on this page for Lincoln County Nursing And Rehab I previously have left there seeing my great grandfather and he has went through a lot and he had to go into a nursing home. More friendly people because the nurses are plum out ignorant not only the family members but also the patients. And Monday I will be also contacting the head of director of nursing rehab at the facility L.I feel like this is enough to be said at this time"
