Dr. Smaller was professional, knowlegable, and made me feel right at ease. He asked how I normally buy my glasses. I told him, usually over the counter. He told me my eyes hadn't changed, and didn't pressure me to buy anything! It was a great experience, I highly recommend them."

"Dr. Smalley is amazing, and the staff in the office are super friendly and helpful. They were very careful to make sure my son's and my new glasses fit properly and were comfortable, and fitted silicone nose pads to the nose pieces on both our pairs. As we both chose plastic frames, the silicone pads are a lifesaver when it comes to keeping your glasses properly in place. My son is Autistic, and Dr. Smalley and his staff were wonderful with him. He's 26, but functionally only about 13, but they ALL treated him with respect, patience, and kindness, and spoke TO him, not around him. Absolutely amazing office and staff, GREAT selection of frames from simple and easily affordable to designer frames. They even carry special frames for large men that are basically the "big & tall" version of glasses. I 1000% recommend Clarkson in Troy. They're very busy so it might be a few weeks before they can get you in, but ABSOLUTELY worth the wait."
