"So welcome to the Troy, MO torture chamber. You’re deliberately fooled from the moment you walk in with Tammy’s welcoming smile, and wonderful disposition at the front desk. And then you hear the soft voices of the physical therapist’s welcoming you back. In my case it was Jessica. And she smiles so eloquently as she asks you to lay down on the table for some stretches. And that’s when it begins. Face changes, voice changes and the eyes roll back just a little. And she “they” take you to the brink of pain. Full on torture. For a while also. And I honestly think there’s some sort of satisfaction on Jessica’s part. Haha. Just kidding. What a wonderful place. All the ladies are very nice. Jessica 100% knows what she needs to do to keep you relaxed, and knows exactly how to position her hands on your arm to make sure that the movement is effect and as comforting as possible. I 100% recommend Advance in Troy to anyone. It’s my second shoulder surgery in 4 years and I’m waiting to have another rotator done again. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else but there. Thank you so much to everyone on the staff. Heather and Tammy included. I didn’t learn the new therapist’s name, but recommend all of them. But I will be returning and asking for Jessica.
