"At first I was so happy to have found someone I liked for my son I had no issues with her until my son needed physical therapy due to him preferring one side of his head. She knew I moved around the dfw area due to my fiances work but she still sent me to a company that only worked out of your home. I requested a different therapist and reminded her for the 3rd time I needed it to be a place I could go to. Two weeks later and nothing, at the three week mark I had had enough my son's head was so mishappened and I was so worried. Well she finally sent his paperwork out but to a speech therapist.... my son is 3 months. Then she had the audacity to tell me sorry it took so long and we sent tge wtong requests out I was on vacation this past weekend.. that was our last visit."

Her team is just as great; the office has a warm welcoming atmosphere. Our visits have been quick & easy.
