"When I was initially greeted I was treated very pleasant by the other ladies I even considered going to the family doctor next door! It was not until I had a concern with one of the policies that I was introduced to Cassidy. She was very aggressive, immediately I told her I would sign the document because she stated the doctor would not see my child if I didn’t. She continue to harass me as I was signing the document stating as long as you agree with it and she asked me do I agree with it? If I agreed with it, I would not have said I didn’t wanna sign it so at that point I knew she was antagonizing me. Then she went into the other room with my signed document, and proceeded to tell the other ladies everything that was said confidentially. She made me feel very uncomfortable. I truly hope this doesn’t affect my future visits at this doctors office. I was really looking forward to having good family doctors. Hopefully the doctor/doctors are amazing!"

"This place is not one that I’m willing to come back to. I’ve worked in healthcare in my younger days and I’m recent years I’ve been to a doctors office of course. However my complaints are 1) they don’t respect your time. If I make an appointment I don’t want to sit around for 30 minutes while I watch them sit around and laugh amongst one another. 2) I’ve never gone to any doctors office and be told by the medical assistant that when they take the height weight temperature, that the results of this has to come from the doctor. Then I asked the doctor was it protocol she said it could be because the medical assistant didn’t know the numbers or what they mean. Well how did you graduate from medical assistant school? Then the doctor gets an attitude and calls in the coordinator for me to file an complaint. Then the doctor wants to give me the information which could have been resolved 20 minutes prior. Catch this… THE DOCTOR THEN TELLS ME I CAN LEAVE ALL BECAUSE I SAID I DNT WANT THE INFO. I asked her to put it on our charge out papers and to see my daughter which is the reason we were there to begin with. The medical assistant and the doctor ochie herself are rude down to the ground. I would not be coming back here at all. The only nice person was the front desk lady but I don’t recall her name."

"Made me feel like because I had previous kids that my concerns for my new baby was not important. Just not as caring as Dr..Vallury was because that's who I seen before he left. Overall nice place just not as compassionate as I would like."

"I would not recommend anyone to take their children to this office. The Dr told me there there was nothing wrong with my child but Friday and Sunday I took my child to the er for strep a double ear infection and hand foot and mouth. He pretty much told me the hospital lied to me. I recommend taking your children to Pedi Place. It's a good environment and the Dr's are great!! Run away from PM pediatrics"

"I have never seen a Doctor who is rude and who doesn't care for the children's. Parents you know how you feel about your kids, there is noting that matters to me other than my kids. When I write this comment I am feeling angry and sad. Why would you be a doctor if you don’t show compassion to the children? If you spend 1 minute do you think that is enough time to answer all the questions? I am just curious . Dr Ochei was really rude to us and it clearly shows she is just their to make her money. Are we going to allow her to treat children's and parents like this in Lewisville?. Her service is not acceptable for our city."
