"Let me be clear, this rating is not for Dr. Ali, it’s for the front desk team member Alicia. Dr. Ali has been my daughter’s doc since birth (13 years) and I’ve never had a bad experience up until last week when I was checking in. I was updating Alicia on my new insurance and let her know that my employer and insurance carrier stated the insurance is showing valid on their end and to have the doc’s office rerun it….as I was explaining that she snatched my insurance card out of my hand, threw it on the desk and told me she would have to verify my insurance was valid. The exchange after that was more rude and condescending. I of course did not stay for the appointment and won’t ever go back because of that interaction with her. And after reading other reviews, she’s definitely the problem. Dr. Ali is amazing and it’s unfortunate that he is losing a longtime loyal patient due to his staff member. He probably has too many patients anyway so us never returning may not be impacting his pocket but future patients be aware of the staff here. Oh and also the wait time is crazy. Did I mention that when we showed up at 1pm for the appointment, the waiting room was completely full. Not sure how long that appointment would’ve taken but we didn’t stay to find out. But that is common practice as well. It’s like they intentionally overbook every time slot."

"The receptionist Alicia was nasty and rude before I could even make an appointment. Left me on hold. Had to call back no apology. Cut me off when I was speaking. If this who the doctor trusts as his first point of contact I’m not interested."

"Where shall I start, my son has been going to dr Ali since birth and just recently about 2 years ago things got bad with my son allergies I’m constantly going to the doctor every 3-6 months for the same thing it takes them days to call back they never answer they don’t run all the test that’s needed I had to ask for my son to be sent to the allergy specialist and children’s specialist twice. My son had surgery today on his tonsils and adenoids and he was at Dr Ali’s 2 weeks ago for them to tell me THE DAMN DOCTOR didn’t complete his notes and he wonder why I’m always going off, cause sir I literally have to tell you how to be the doctor.. I’m currently in search of a new doctor for my son that cares not only that childrens was concerned that he’s had the steroid prednisone more then 4 times this year .. YEA DR ALI HAS DROPPED THE BALL FOR THE LAST TIME WITH ME .. let’s not talk about when my son 6 year check up he failed to check him for infections, had to take my son to children’s to find out he had para influenza rhinovirus double ear infection and strep .. HOW AND HE WAS JUST SEEN FOR A 6 yr check up .. So I do not recommend AT ALL .. Get somebody else to do it cause Dr Ali definitely is not the 1,2 or 3 !!"
