"Broad picture: This gym is amazing! Don and Samuel are very knowledgeable in all aspects of strength training and fitness, and they want nothing more than to help you achieve and surpass your goals! No matter what your goal is they have the experience to help you succeed. The people and environment are very welcoming! There's no criticism or judgement within their 4 walls - only encouragement and uplifting support! Other bonuses: Training and membership are reasonably priced and the gym itself is always immaculate! It never smells, the floor is spotless, and the bathroom is always sparkling clean. They work very hard to keep a clean, inviting space! For me personally: I have been training with Don since August 2022 and have seen amazing results! I had ZERO experience when I walked through their door, but Don has encouraged and guided me every step of the way and I have seen great improvements in my strength, balance, and coordination.
