"Not worth one star. School has been shut down repeatedly but continues to open back up. No instructors to teach students. Not worth the money or time. My daughter was there nearly 4 weeks and learned nothing. Students were given a book and told to read it. That was their only instruction. Go to Ogle. They are way better."

"One of my arms doesn't go over my head. So shampooing and blow drying and styling is difficult. The school doesn't fantastic job. Helping me do this when I can't. And sometimes when I can. I appreciate these girls and love seeing them learn? I know they're students so It's always nice to give them grace, and a good tip for those thinking they're working for their good looks... lol"

"HORRIBLE SCHOOL! Has got to be shut down! I have absolutely no idea how they’re still opened! I had signed up for school in September 2022 made my down payment and even met an instructor that day. My first day of school was August 22, 2022. When I arrived there was a different instructor then the one I met on enrollment, she was awful! 99% of the time the more advanced students were telling her what to teach us! After she was there for 1 1/2 weeks she disappeared no one could get ahold of her. just gone. So we were left with no instruction at all! We literally sat around all day! So I decided to move to their second location (lake worth) its shut down now. There the instructor was also the director she was stretched very thin, so she taught us very little. Another student did the math and out of 230 hours we were only thought 53 of those hours! The owner refused to buy us products (including toilet paper) So the poor director ending up buying things out of pocket. Me and another student began to get very frustrated we were paying money to literally sit around and not learn anything! So we both began nagging the administrator to email the owner to get us an instructor or we were going to unenroll. We also informed the owner we had been figuring hours of instruction, she said we were not aloud to do that. We were both pulled into the office later and we were KICKED OUT! For wanting an instructor! There is passed stories of this happening to others as well!! So if you’re looking for a school close to home save yourself the headache and DONT GO HERE!! Drive to Fortworth to either ogle or where I ended up which was an amazing experience. Institute Of Beauty."

"They did an amazing job at cutting my hair and my teenage daughters. The students were thorough and made sure they got help when needed! I'm very happy with our hair cuts."
