"Dr Briscoe did a thorough explanation and reviewed our dogs X-ray with us to help us understand the sudden deterioration in her health in the last 24 hours . It helped us feel that putting her to sleep was the best decision so she wouldn’t suffer with her rapid heart rate and weakness . We were encouraged to visit and stay through the injection and be with her when she passed. The front office staff got us in yesterday and arranged for a time today when we could both be present."
"They were so kind and beyond generous when we had to put our dog down in March. They were patient as we contacted our family to bring our children who were 30 minutes away to say goodbye. It was near closing time and they didn't bat an eye about the time. I will always bring my animals here. ❤️"
"Due to your disrespect towards your customers and one being my daughter I also will NEVER take any animals to you! These people are disrespectful, rude and doesn't care if they lose customers. I've written and trained customer service for years and managed many faucets of business this "I'm better than you" attitude towards customers is unexcusable. Especially when you accused my daughter of a "handout". Let me tell you no customers should be accused in the manner in which you treated her! It's bad for business! This "Blue" woman needs fired! She's an employee at the humane societ so that's why there's a good review here from her. All y'all pal together. Of course she did! How unethical of a business to have employees from the humane society put a review here for you because my daughter gave you a bad review. To me that's like telling lies! We have a big family and you've lost our business. I know.... you don't care! You better not call me and harass me about my bad review but the public needs to know. I already see where you were cruel to another person and my heart goes out to them for not being able to say goodbye to their beloved pet! Shame on you! Very unprofessional!!! By the way, I'd think a well trained clinic would check to make sure a cat still has his "package" before giving anesthesia but you don't. How ridiculous. I wouldn't trust this place when they don't exam. Imagine if your doctor did that to you before operating! Bet you wouldn't go back to that doctor! You also wouldn't refund her back for the anesthesia. I think that's on you!"
"*Update a day later: After leaving this review, we received a call from Donna who was not happy in the slightest about this review and wanted us to be aware of that. I do not know what else to say other than my review was professionally worded, and a disappointed customer and upset animal mama should be able to express this without our family receiving a rude call. We do not understand why this was necessary as anyone has a right to leave a review. Our pets are incredibly important to us, and we have had emergency situations with two pets that we’ve been disappointed with now, so we are understandably upset. We do not believe this was the way to handle the situation. Just like other previous reviews here state, our family has been disappointed by this clinic multiple times, with the main reason being the customer service and availability. The older lady who usually works the desk & answers the calls, Debbie, tends to have a pretty grouchy and rude demeanor both in person and on the phone. We had our cat in multiple times over the past few months for her rapid health decline. About 3 weeks ago when we could just tell she was not going to live much longer at all, not even most likely a day more, we called the clinic and expressed this & we were told that they would not be able to see her for three more days even knowing she was dying—she passed away not even 6 hours later. Now today, we had an emergency with our small dog who had critical and extremely concerning amounts of blood coming from his mouth, and it would not stop. We called this clinic yet again expressing our concern and how this was an emergency situation as it was not a “little bit” of blood but literal puddles out of our chihuahua’s mouth. We spoke to Debbie… and we’re asked why we had not had our dog in for the past few years, and asked if we had visited other vet clinics with him—which was very distasteful and should be irrelevant, but to be clear we have not. Since we had not brought him in in the past few years, Debbie was not interested in helping to make time to see him today on an emergency basis today to help our poor pup. I know that not all the staff at this clinic is like this, but I think finding more caring people to work the phones and front desk would greatly help this business that is supposed to care for and be loving towards our beloved pets."
"My family and I have been taking our dogs here for years. There has been 2 or 3 vets over the years and all have been great. Even though the dogs are usually terrified they just step right up and take great care of them. I would do a 5 star except for the fact that one older lady with glasses that has been there for years and answers the phone is not too friendly and kind of rude. I’m sure it’s probably just her personality but that’s the way I see it."
