"Multiple times when I’ve been there they just send you to the ER or tell you to go to your regular Dr. They rarely do tests or blood work they just send you to the ER and it’s just a waste of time. They have access to all the testing they could possibly do. The ER is so much more expensive it would be nice if they would give it a try at the clinic. They should just shut it down for no more help than they are."

"Excellent treatment Sunday morning. Person at front desk was very helpful and friendly. My husband saw NP Caitlin, and she was very thorough before treating him. Arrived at 8 o'clock and was home with meds by 11 o'clock."

"Went in because I was sick and I was positively tested for Covid. After knowing I was positive I got no info on quarantine. I had to call my OB‘s office because I am also pregnant and they told me to quarantine. The Covid nurse at the ExpressCare clinic called me back and was very rude and told me she refuses to give me a doctors note because I don’t need to quarantine since I’m vaccinated. She argued with me that she knows the CDC guidelines and for Marion County but I work in healthcare myself and I know better as my doctor keeps up with them. I went back-and-forth with them for hours before I called the health department as she suggested because she said she was right so I did and the health department said I was very much right and she was wrong that I needed to quarantine although vaccinated because I’m still very contagious. If it were a negative test that would be different. Very rude Covid nurse and not updated on current Covid guidelines like they should be. Wrongful information. The only good part of my appointment was that NP Megan was nice and called health dept herself to find out the accurate info and finally sent me a doctor note for quarantine. I think as a healthcare provider they need to stay more updated on what’s going on so I don’t have to tell them how to do their job. Treated very poorly by the Covid nurse."
