"I only gave a three star review based On office staff. while I absolutely love, Dr. gera, she has been one of the best pediatricians I have had for all three of my children. She is very attentive. She always remembers who they are And all my kids feel incredibly comfortable with her her Office staff absolutely sucks plain and simple when we first started going they were decent, but as the year have gone on her staff has just gotten lazy and they make us as the parent to the patient incredibly uncomfortable they never smile they never want to help and it seems like it’s completely bothering them that you have any questions. One of their staff I believe her name is Erica has always been incredibly sweet. I wish they would all get on the same page as her."
"Worst doctor. If you have more than 2 kids and all 3 or more kids are sick even if there are appointments available, her office will not schedule all of your children. She has no care in the world about these families. Then when the next day appointment comes she cancels when she saw your sick child the day before. Her staff is rude and the doctor only cares about money. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CHILD DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PEDIATRICIAN. Wish I can give 0 stars. So instead of now taking my child to the doctors I have to now sit in an emergency room. She is in officE, just rather cancel my sick child’s appointment and told me to go to a URGENT Care or a Emergency Room"
