"Dr. Moses has the best bedside manners. He’s very informative, he listens or your concerns, and is calm if your child cries. The front desk is a different story. The Hispanic woman at the front desk is SO RUDE. The first face you see coming into a doctors office should be warm and welcoming….it says a lot about that practice but she does not do that. She doesn’t greet you when you walk up, she’s in no hurry to assist you if she’s on the phone, and she’ll look “at you like why are you standing here?” According to other reviews on here this isn’t something new. I hope Dr. Moses either has a word with her or gets someone else more inviting for his practice or unfortunately his practice will hurt because of his front desk being unwelcoming and rude."

"I love Dr Moses such an amazing doctor very patient and always knows how to put a new mom at ease when my child is sick and stress levels are high. However his staff they don’t know how to greet, and youre just standing awkwardly in the front of the desk while they are chatting and once they are done they look at you like you’re interrupting. Made me feel very uncomfortable."

"Dr Moses, has taken care of my siblings and I since we have moved down here. Now he is taking care of all of my children. He is absolutely amazing! He listens to all of our concerns, he will call back within 30 minutes if you Call after hours. We have never had any issues. I always recommend our family and friends with children to come here."

"Dr. Moses has been my child's pediatrician since birth - 6 years now. We moved 30 minutes away, but still come down there to his office. He is great with my child and very calm. I have had no issues with the staff, checkups are thorough, and overall a great experience for years!"
