We were at the office 40 minutes tops, compared to other pediatricians where it takes 2-3 hours to leave the office. The ladies working there are well-mannered and friendly. Dr. Mazzini was professional and wasn't rushing us. Our experience overall was pretty good."

"Worst experience ever. It seemed that the insurance coverage was more important than my 4 month old daughter. I went to that office because apparently he is a great doctor. After explaining to the untrained receptionist the situation I was in she started talking about policies and insurance. I told her that it was ok I could pay out out pocket but it did not matter. The doctor wouldn't see her. I strongly believe that policies need to be in place but exceptions need to be made case by case. Very disappointed."
