She decided to split my earnest money when I told her that I want to send it to the State of Texas; she got an agreement with a seller’s realtor and investor to split my money only because seller’s realtor want to sell the house quickly. I explained her my situation and she gave me the reason but when she talked to her friend (seller’s realtor) she denied me all possibilities to have my money back or State of Texas has it. Lady; you work for title company You need to be neutral. She used the law to her convenience. I believe in God."
