"I would not buy anything from them. We purchased a $6,000 pool and had a leak in the liner. They don’t take responsibility, they put all the responsibility on you. You have to pay for water twice and you even have to pick up the second liner that needs to be re installed plus you have to worry about getting rid of damaged liner. This was the worst expensive experience of my life. I would never recommend The Great Escape for anything!"

We called first to see if Tim was working that day and then went back to the Schaumburg store to order our hot tub!! We are business owners and know how important it is to have excellent employees!!
