"We bought our bed 2021 at Midwest Furniture Liquidators for over $2500. After a couple month the legs underneath the bed fell off and the box spring frame broke. The mattress for 1000 buck should be high quality but it is not. Now after only two years we have to buy a new bed. Waste of money."

"This review is based solely on my in-store shopping experience and not on the quality of furniture. My wife and I have been looking for a new sectional for well over a year and having a hard time finding what we want. We found the customer service here to be excellent, the selection is awesome, and the prices are pretty darn good compared to other furniture chains. Our salesman was always on hand but never pressured us or "hovered". They were quick to answer questions and we also found their flat fee delivery rate to be quite reasonable compared to other places in the area. Although they didn't exactly have what we wanted, we found a couple of choices that may work for us. If we purchase through Midwest, I'll update my review after delivery."

"I ordered some furniture on 04/16/23 and today is 05/23/23. It’s more than month and received Dilivery both times twice damaged. Returned items and now waiting for refund! Hope they won’t give me hard time to get refund. Salesman who worked there is very friendly and helpful but you will not receive brand new products without damaged. One time is understandable but second time too after waited for more than month. I don’t understand how they can send damaged or wrong items to customers who happily paid for everything they are looking for . Very sad and upsetting"
