"This place was wonderful the first time I ordered and I am a repeat customer who has been waiting for my bed for almost 3 months. Getting ridiculous and can’t get any answers at all. Every time I call it’s a different story as to why it’s not ready. The sales reps are not very friendly and had one continuously call me bro instead of my name. Sandy hasn’t been that responsive or nice either. They all say different dates etc. something is going on in the store and people should be leery"

"Go somewhere else. We stopped by this store because of the convenience of the location. Sandy the salesperson immediately directed our attention to the most expensive mattress in the store and insisted it was the best out there. We tried it and liked it but wanted to try other mattresses. She continued to hover over us trying the upsell every single model. My husband and I couldn’t get over how pushy she was. We agreed on a mattress and were going over paperwork, when Sandy “accidentally” added on a $500 box spring to our purchase that we never agreed to. We asked her about this and she insisted that we asked for it. Finally she agreed to redo the paperwork and take the box spring off the order. She told us that the mattress should be delivered in no more than 4 weeks. Fast forward NINE weeks and the mattress still isn’t here. My husband has called multiple times for an update and they just keep telling us they don’t have an estimated delivery time. My husband called finally this week to cancel the order and Sandy HUNG UP ON HIM. Furious, I called and demanded the order be cancelled and Sandy was so rude and passive aggressive. She even had the audacity to tell me my husband was lying about their conversation. Hilarious. Order canceled. Mattress Direct will never get our business because of Sandy."

"Will never shop here again. Bought a bed through their financing program and was told I would receive the bed the following Saturday and someone would call us to confirm the day before. We'll the day before our delivery date no one called so we called them. The lady told me our delivery date had been changed. When I expressed my aggravation that the bed would not be delivered on time she got an attitude and told me "she has never seen a delivery date change and the customer not be notified and she had worked there 9 years". Well we were NEVER NOTIFIED. So I canceled my order and she tried to convince me to keep it by reminding me I would have to restart my search for a bed and my pregnant fiancé would have to wait longer. Now my order is Canceled but that's okay because I don't do buisness with these kinds of companies and neither should you!"

"Sandy was the most knowledgeable, professional, and attentive salesperson. She really makes you feel important and welcome and like you have been friends forever. We were shopping for my daughter and I know where I'm coming when I need a new mattress. 5 stars!"
