"I ordered a new refrigerator and was told it would take a week to come in. I was given a date it would be delivered. I called the day before delivery to confirm and was told my salesman, Bryan, did not put it on the schedule for delivery. The woman I spoke to threw Bryan under the bus, twice, referring to it as "Bryan's mess up". The refrigerator gets delivered and it has a 4 inch scratch on the front. Delivery guys tell me Bryan told them to deliver a floor model. I was not supposed to get a floor model, I waited a week and was under the assumption that I was receiving a new fridge. Bryan calls me and tells me I can wait 10 more days, or he will credit my account. At this point, I have been living out of a cooler for over a week waiting for my new fridge to get here, I have no interest in waiting 10 more days. I was given a discount, but af ter researching what a scratch and dent floor model should be sold for, my discount was not enough in my opinion. I tried to contact a manager and they told me Bryan was an owner. So, if you want to do business with a shady businessman, and a group of employees who do not work as a team, and be sold used equipment when you pay full price, go with this company! I on the other hand will never do business with this company again and I will tell all my friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to stay away!!!"

"Just brought a fridge from Genuine Appliance on Vogel, and had an excellent experience! Customer service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I've shopped there many times over the years and after checking out the competition, I always go back to them."

They took the time to not just explain the product but to explain the set-up, supplies used, and delivery. We were very happy with our purchase and the 2 delivery men were cautious, knowledgeable and took their time making sure everything was working properly before they left."

"Buyer be ware!!!! Bought a new Maytag washer, paid for delivery/installation. Caused major flood damage to my home. 30 minutes after they left, Called them to come back and no one came. The store will not stand behind their product or installation. No apologies, dodging phone calls. Should have gone to the big box store; so much for supporting local. Think twice before shopping here."
