Goodwill Store and Donation Center, located at 3616 Richardson Square Way in Arnold, Missouri, is a non-profit agency dedicated to changing lives through the power of work. With 44 stores and an auto donations program, Goodwill generates revenue to fund job training and employment services for over 11,000 individuals annually. The Excel Center® is a free public high school within Goodwill that offers adults the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and access high-growth job opportunities. The Excel community provides support, encouragement, and personalized career planning to help students succeed. "I really like this store. It has saved me so much money on many items for my home and my own personal items. Some things are priced higher than retail from other retailers brand new. But all in all I love it. The staff are a great group of folks which is really nice."
"I shop here several times a week. Seriously- but this girl- was so incredibly rude to my child that I was left speechless. My 7 year old autistic son was trying to make conversation with her and she literally ignored him, rolled her eyes, and when I asked if she was ok (I was in disbelief) she then turned her back to my son, my husband and I and then glared at us as we left."
"Very overpriced, especially the books. Many were water damaged, drawn in, or dated. Some are so overpriced, they aren't even worth buying at %50 off. Some are marked higher than original price. Clothes were also overpriced. Laughable even. I can buy new cheaper than the prices here. As for books, if I want to pay half price, (or more) I'll go to half price books where the shopping is pleasant, the books are sorted, and none are damaged."
"Friendliest staff around as far as Goodwill goes. I have come to enjoy shopping here more each time I do simply becuase of the staff. Store stays straightened and organized and the restrooms are clearn. Remininding everyone of the no bag policy after the 1st of the year. I have went three time already where I have forgotten my bags!!! Not their fault of course, all mine! I visit this location frequently and don't intend to stop anytime soon as long as it continues to be an enjoyable experice to shop there."
