"Love Kohls, especially when I have coupons! Unfortunately, the sales associate at check didn't know how to key in a coupon code when it wouldn't scan from my phone. Before asking for assistance from someone who knows what they were doing, she expected me to give up my 40% off - at least that's what it felt like since she simply (sarcastically) told me "it won't scan" at least 3 times - thus the staring contest began.... Fortunately, it was resolved and I got some great deals at the store. Unfortunately, it soured my experience. I can shop online instead, but I do like seeing what's in-store too."

"Just don’t even waste your time. The emails they send out for 1 order saying it’s ready for pickup is not for the whole order. And when you go up to the store to find out you’re only picking up a third of your order, and question when you will be getting the rest. They say we can’t give you a time but we get a few trucks a week. Oh and the rest of your order is coming from a different store. How is any of this possible??????"

"Some better signage at the front of the store letting people know that Amazon returns are done in the back of the store would be good. All I saw was the signage in the photos attached with a very vague reference to Amazon. Maybe something with the Amazon logo, if they will allow you, would be great to specifically direct people to the back of the store for the Amazon returns. That said once I got up to the attendants, they were very quick and efficient with getting the return taken care of. Thanks!"
