"Had a to wait longer than expected, even after my appointment time and then additional time in a treatment room. Didn't see any other guest there to account for extra wait time. The cost of the visit was reasonable but the medication was expensive and I would have loved to be asked if I had intentions on filling these at a place of my choosing - I will say that I probably should have asked. The young lady at the reception/check in was very nice and played a dual role as a vet assistant. She interacted with my dog and was apologetic about the wait."
"Today was our first visit. I was referred to Dr Ramsay by a friend. Cassie came in and got all our info. Then we saw Dr Ramsey. She was very thorough in her exam. She took the time we needed to go over our concerns and the treatment she recommended. I am so glad we were referred here an I will not hesitate to refer others."

They always tell us the pricing before testing, which is a huge plus. Both Vet Docs here have a keen interest in our pups vs. how much they can make off of them. Never pushy. "I had an amazing interaction with this vet today. They did an exam and heartworm test on a rescue so he can go to his forever home. They were all incredibly sweet and kind and everyone was smiling. Prices are great and they did thorough exams and I absolutely loved them. Will be back!"
