"Location is great, convenient to everything. The rooms are so bare bones I was shocked. The smart tv won't actually connect to the wifi so bring a device and an hdmi cable - if you can fit your hands behind the tv to connect it. You don't even get bedside lamps just way too bright overhead can lights on each side of the bed. The walls are PAPER THIN. I could hear the conversations of people next door and those walking by outside so clear I could have been involved in them. They don't include a mini fridge, coffee maker or microwave! I have never stayed anywhere that those weren't basic necessities!! Overall if you can't afford anything else it's not gross. But I do NOT recommend!"
"The people behind the counter were great! So friendly and efficient! Rooms were clean and bathroom was stocked! Absolutely gonna come back again!"
"Totally sucked! We were given a room with no heater, no frig, no microwave. Office lady told me about a room with no heater, I told her we do not want that room. And come to find out (in the middle of the night) she gave that room. What kind of person does that? Totally dissatisfied, I really thought there was better people than that. Janet is the liar at the counter, if she's there, RUN! They need to hire better people."
"We got sick for three days after the stay. The room smelled like a mix of Covid and crack! People were smoking something coming through the vents, and the windows don’t open. I had to open the door and literally stand outside for air. Totally disgusting. The people that worked there seemed very nice, but why so filthy?? Even my two cats came out sick!"
"Ive been here for a few months, and I have to say that the staff here is amazing. Lucie and Jeanette at the front desk are awesome. The housekeepers do a wonderful job. Also, I've only had one maintenance issue and it was resolved immediately! The property is fairly well kept, the laundry room and snack machines both work well and so does the pool. This is a pet friendly location all sorts of dogs and cats here. I would recommend."
