"Freaking disappointed coming home from a long day at work to find out the Wi-Fi is still out since 12:00 this morning and is 4:00 in the morning this whole time this wi-fi has not been working"

"82.00 a night for a 2 queen Bedbug ridden room. No excuses for that, my leg is swelled up from all the bites. The rooms appeared clean. At first I thought maybe it was mosquitoes, except for the first that i didn’t go outside and didn’t have any bites on my legs before bed. The rooms have thin short towels, the dry scratchy kind, there is 2 small bottles of shampoo/conditioner and 1 bar of soap, should probably bring your own. Shower and a sink 1 bar of soap. Break in half. I feel like i should get a refund for having to endure such a hotel that shouldn’t be allowed to operate in Webster, clearly the health inspector needs to do a better job. In a time with Covid 19 and other illnesses out to get us, the last thing i want is a bedbug passing it on to me. Inexcusable. I wonder if i can get a refund? Im curious , I don’t how they don’t know about this? Surely someone before me said something about it, and they could have done something about it."

"This place has a great price for the weekend. It was in a great location, just minutes away from the restaurants and shops. The clerk seemed a little annoyed to check me in. The room was typical of most inexpensive hotels, so I didn't take any pictures. It was clean, but some of the tiles looked like they were coming up from the floor which felt oddly uneven in parts. There were only two towels. I'm sure I could have asked for more, but I didn't notice until the wee hours of the morning. One of the cleaning staff was very kind. She asked if I was checking out, and then politely asked me if I remembered everything including cords and chargers. So kind. I will likely stay here again."

"I wanted to give 5 stars... I love(d) this place and thought it was ideal. Almost two years ago, I got held up at work and couldn't get back until after checkout.. Instead of letting me renew they blacklisted me, hey, people make mistakes but they're still holding a grudge? I wish I could contact the owner and apologize for making a human-like mistake, but putting me on permanent ban cause I work grocery during the holidays is beyond drastic as is."

"The rooms are clean. They’re a microwave and mini fridge. Water is hot. There is not breakfast even tho advertised. They said the lobby has been closed since Covid. There’s a Waffle House soon as you walk out your front door:-)"
