"I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience with STL Beds. I felt compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling into the same trap. First and foremost, Doug completely misrepresented their warranty. When I made my purchase, I was assured of a comprehensive warranty that covered all possible issues. However, when I encountered a problem with the bed I received, they conveniently changed their tune and refused to honor the warranty they had promised. To make matters worse, the bed they delivered was not the one I had ordered. It was a completely different model, and the quality was shockingly inferior. It's clear that they have a complete disregard for their customers. Communication with them was an absolute nightmare. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed disinterested in resolving my issues. It's as if they couldn't care less once they had my money. I want to save others from the headache and frustration I've had to endure dealing with these guys. I strongly advise you to steer clear of this company."

"I bought a bedframe for an antique headboard and footboard. DRCV1L. I have had ALL kinds of trouble with it (not their fault). The shippers ripped the box open and STL sent replacement hardware RIGHT away. I didn't buy enough crossbars because I have a split box spring so it was falling through in the middle. Another order sent like lightening. Now the hook won't stay put in the headboard slot and it's wobbling. "No problem! Here comes more hardware as a stop gap!". They got on FaceTime with me to see and advise, answered the phone while the store was closed, popped back emails within minutes, remembered my name, and treated me kindly and with a sense of humor EVERY time. This is the way service should be, but you NEVER find anymore. One bed frame doesn't make them much money, I'm sure, but they treated me like I ordered a thousand mattresses. Frame has adjusters to make a double bed fit a queen mattress."
