"I loved the doctor but hated their system. Very money driven instead having the pet health’s first. I moved to Houston and started seeing their clinic. My pet has a condition that the doctor knew and it’s being treated for the past years. When came to renew the prescription by them they want me to go there to see the animal (that was seeing few months ago for the same exactly issue) and told me would be a liability to prescribe the medication - that he was already in for the past years. They kept trying to bs me for a week to force me to see the doctor and if X-rays. What I refused. So when come to not making money, of course they did not care for my pet well being. I am beyond disappointed how I was treated and will look for another location. Sad places like that when obviously the pet does not come first. And they contact me by email after spoke on the phone without my authorization. Very “unprofessional” management. I am sure they will try to respond trying to justify their behavior. Please don’t even try."

"Without the help of the amazing staff here I probably would have lost my mind. They took care of my fur baby with such care and attention. My dog was having trouble walking and eating. They knew immediately it was vertigo and a tooth infection. Dr. Beckham was extremely delicate with her (15 year old girl) and Chris was thorough in all questions and blood work. I would recommend them to anyone."

"I found this place through Google. Took our rescued cat there for an exam and vaccines. It was quick and easy. As a first time pet owner, it's great to have knowledgeable staff there to help answer my questions. They were all really friendly and helpful throughout our first visit. Our cat was very comfortable there too. I would highly recommend!"
