Carrie Saunders has done multiple sedated grooms for Dolo and even when she resists, Carrie always does a great job. I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to our vet tech Melanie (Mel), who is so helpful. All 3 of them are great and help us so much with Dolores, who isn't great with strangers :)"

"Our first visit was a checkup for a dog newly adopted from BARC and I really appreciated the empathy and support I received from Dr. Reid during a tough time (the dog was aggressive). We now bring all of our animals here and we love how friendly, personable and down to earth all the the vets and staff are. Dr Reid, Dr Holmes, Dr Smith and honestly every single tech we've interacted with has been very personable and kind. Raven at the front is awesome and so is everyone else, I just can't remember their names ❤️ So so friendly and responsive to phone calls and emails. Couldn’t ask for more."
