"Absolutely a rip-off! I made an appointment specifically to get my dog a Bordetella vaccine that was missed during a previous wellness visit just 5 months prior because they had run out of the vaccine. I was charged $89 for an office visit and an additional $43 for the vaccine. This would have been understandable if it was a full doctor's visit or part of a yearly exam, but it took and it was merely a quick 10-minute visit to administer the vaccine. When I raised my concerns, the front desk staff showed no interest in helping resolve the issue. It's disappointing and frustrating to be taken advantage of in this way."

"Bayou City Veterinarian has been my go-to for 4 pets. From my old pooch they helped me say goodbye to, to a kitten with a broken leg, to my now Golden Retriever they just ooze Pet-Love and compassion. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furry loves."

"I have used this vet in the past to get my cat taken care of to leave the country and go to Guatemala, since they are one of few that are certified to supply the necessary health certificate I needed. I’ve been trying to use them again, since they have all my cats information and they did a great job prior. I’m not sure if they have had new management or what the change in the last two years have been, but they have been extremely non responsive. I have reached out at least 5 times, requesting to speak with the vet that supplies the health certificate to ask questions and try to arrange the appt I need in time. They say they will call back and a week goes by and i have to call again. It feels like I’m harassing them for a simple request. I’ve also tried to get a price quote and have called at least 3 times for that request, they say that they have sent the request in, and will email it to me. I have yet to receive that and it’s been over a week and 3 calls later. I’m giving up and looking elsewhere to get my cat taken care of. If I’m going to be spending the $500+ that is necessary for this, I would want to go to a vet that seems to care about their customers."

"The staff were all helpful and kind. My cats were nervous, but the staff made sure that they were as comfortable as possible. Dr. Kyle was gentle and genuine and made their experience more bearable. Thank you all for caring."

"My cat was having a skin emergency and I LOVE that they were willing and able to fit her into the schedule the same day. Everyone at the office was friendly and professional. What all the other reviews have said about pricing is true and 1 reason for the missing star. The other reason is that while I loved that they reached out a few days after the appointment to check on my pet, they didn't respond to a follow up email I sent with questions. I made a decision without them and will ask again at the follow up appt, but a response would have been nice. Overall pleased with my experience and would recommend."
