"This is the worst animal hospital I have ever been to. I literally saw two of the their kennel workers slap a group of puppies cuz they weren't minding them. The animals get no attention it's a horrible place. Animals die there all the time. You could find a better vet in third Ward or fifth Ward that has half the schooling of these people do. DO NOT TRUST YOUR ANIMALS TO THESE BUTCHERS. You're response is nothing but lies. My children are biracial. What I said about the treatment of the animals in ur care is absolutely true. But you are doing what they call defamation of character because you're accusing me of saying something I never said or did I will be taking the statements to a higher jurisdiction. I can pass the lie detector test because everything you're saying is a lie. You need to worry about taking care of those poor animals in ur facility. Ur kennel is pathetic. That disease and parasite that is floating from one animal to another is terrible. I read up on it when I came home and it's preventable if only you would do the laundry right and use the right chemicals to clean the blankets and half the dogs in your kennels don't even have blankets I have pictures on my phone of your animals. I pray for you and that the poor animals in that kennel may God have mercy on your soul."

"Thank you all so much for your help! It was a unexpected situation and you were able to see me quickly. 2 days after my dog gave birth she became ill. I thought maybe it was milk fever going in but I was sooo wrong. Pyometra could have taken my best friend and left her puppies without a mother. I was able to get a diagnosis and rushed her over to surgery immediately after finding out. Everything was done within a few hours. She is back home and I can see the relief in her eyes. We both will be able to sleep with peace of mind tonight. Thank you"

"First time here, and they were friendly and upfront about all pricing options. They made my cats feel calm and safe with every interaction. The vet tech named Daylan(not sure if that's correct) was awesome and informative about the issue my cats were having. As well as the veterinarian and front desk employees, all around kind and compassionate. I would definitely recommend!"

From beginning to end Dr. Marshall has helped us raise 2 of our dogs and has recently met our new puppy. From meeting your fur baby’s medical needs, to boarding, to answering all of your questions, even the silly ones, she’s the best! We hope she never retires!"
