"We have liked Dr. West but since the buyout or “merge” things have changed my 14 year old lab has been on meds for arthritis and the bottle says 3 refills remaining and when I called to refill they said they want to see her first—— why does the bottle say 3 refills? She has arthritis you really want me to put her in a truck??? I’m disappointed!! 3 refills and doesn’t expire till 02/2025 and we get this monthly!"
