About the Business

Texas Litter Control

Texas Litter Control is a low-cost veterinary clinic located at 28439 Tomball Parkway in Tomball, Texas. They offer a range of services including vaccinations, wellness exams, and spay/neuter surgeries for cats and dogs. The institution is transparent about their pricing and there are no hidden fees. They also offer grant funding and partnerships with community organizations to provide further reduced cost or free services.

Texas Litter Control recommends that pets be current on core vaccines to prevent illness. They also emphasize waiting until 30 days after the last day of bleeding to spay female dogs to reduce surgical risks. The institution is a Texas Non Profit Corporation and 501c3 public charity, with proceeds from services supporting their lifesaving programs such as pet adoptions and their pet food pantry.

By using Texas Litter Control for services, you are supporting their various programs aimed at reducing the number of animals entering local shelters and preventing the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals. The institution works towards the vision of a community where no healthy animals are killed in shelters. Booking an appointment is simple through their website or by calling their office.

"The vet here was just as thorough as my regular vet. She was wonderful! I have 8 animals and just for 2 she saved me $400!"

"An appointment is recommended. It's extremely easy to make one either online or simply call them. They start taking in pets at 7 am. Get there about 20 mins prior as the lime does get long. The pickup is at 5 pm. However, they do call you earlier if they're get done earlier. The whole experience was great, and our family cat was treated kindly. My sincere thanks to the vet for the extremely detailed information during pick up. Thank you all."

"Had a wonderful experience with them. Took my kitty in for a neuter. Made an online appointment that was super easy. It says arrive at 7 am for check in, which I did. Didn't realize I'd be standing in line for 40 minutes in a tiny hall way with people trying to squeeze through with their crazy animals jumping on me in my work clothes and pooping on the floor for the whole place to smell. If I knew it was like that I would've shown up at 6 and skipped the line. Other than that, check in was quick once you get to the front. Pick up was easy, and my boy was in good health and quite relaxed when I picked him up. He didn't seem stressed from his stay and he healed very nicely with no complications. The free microchip is a great added bonus!"

"Well organized, clean facility, and fast service. We have taken 4 feral cats to this location in the past 4 days and will continue to use this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a cat or dog spayed at a low cost. Three of the cats were pregnant and there was not a extra charge."
