"No complimentary hot coffee. Had to wait in the shower for 5 min for hot water. No toothpaste? Really? I've stayed at a lot of places and this was one of the worst"

"Room wasn't vacuumed had trash and debris on floor from previous guests upon late arrival at 12am. Fridge, freezer and sink smelled awful. Overall the fact that the free coffee bar in the lobby was not stocked in the morning for the price of the stay was a shame. Beds were comfy and staff was pleasant."

"Although it looks good on the outside, this place has no hot water in the mornings or at night. You can get hotter water in prison. Best to find another hotel until they fix this problem, all they can do to comp you for your daily cold shower is IHG points. We have been dealing with this for 7 days with the office staff, who said we would receive a call from the Manager. Clearly you will not be a priority."
