"Dr. Dinshaw, the front desk, and nurses all exceeded my expectations. The care and attention they gave to my puppy and her needs was exceptional. Dr. Dinshaw is very knowledgeable and left me with great information regarding how to keep my puppy healthy. He is very genuine in his dealings and conversations and cares about both the animal (my puppy) and me as a customer. I’ve been to other clinics in the area and the service her is by far the best. You don’t feel like a transaction but rather a taken care of customer. Don’t hesitate to go here."

"Gave my dog the wrong vaccine - confronted them and they didnt care at all. Then all they wanted to do was push more services, only went in there for 1 vaccine yet they said she needed tons of things. (1) Said dog needed teeth cleaned - even tho she just had it done 4 months earlier. (2) Then they said she needed more vaccines because we board her - we have never boarded our dog, so why push more drugs. (3) Then they said she needed blood work done even tho she just had a whole panel done 4 months earlier when had teeth cleaned. So not only did they give her the wrong medication, then they tried to make more money by saying she needed things done - walked out of their paying only for the 1 messed up vaccine and nothing more. Will never go there again *UPDATE* to respond - I did call the very day it happened about the vaccine and they said there was nothing that can be done. You cant find me because my last name is not shown on the review. I did inform 2 people within the office of what happened and nothing was done as she was already given the wrong vaccine. This is not the first time this has happened as other people have reported the same thing."

"Windmill Vet Center is a really good place to take your cat. Friendly people and very knowledgeable. We took in a very young stray that got pregnant, but luckily Windmill was able to spay her in time through a surgery and now she's fully recovered (and staying inside with us now!)"
