"Waited for over 30 minutes for a drop off sample, every time I went up to the counter the employee walked away to avoid my question on how much longer the wait would be. Several people went before me that came afterwards."

"I have had my blood drawn numerous times, and have had many surgeries, but never in my life have I bruised like this or been in that much pain after they drew blood. Your better off using a dull butter knife and carving open a hole to extract blood. I will NEVER go back. I can see why the rating is only 2.6. If I could give negative stars I would. Please avoid this place at all costs."

"Went on a Friday so I was expecting a wait, but check in was quick and easy. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. They were very gentle with my 4 year old daughter. I wouldn't say it's a complaint, but the employees are very quiet and I think kids would feel more comfortable if they explained the process directly to them as they're working and interacted with them a bit more to put them at ease. They were very friendly and prompt though."

"I have a major blood draw every 3 months and unfortunately am also a difficult stick (veins collapse & roll). Jennifer ALWAYS gets me on her first attempt and makes sure I'm doing ok during and after the process. She is exceptional...I've had hospital nurses who have tried both arms, both hands, both feet and finally give up and get someone in anesthesia to do it. It is worth it to get the app, make an appointment and learn the electronic check-in. It is not the fault of the 2 techs that LabCorp doesn't provide them with staff to check people in and help at the front desk."

"My husband had lab work done 3 weeks ago. He has a flip phone and DOESN'T USE COMPUTERS. The young lady was not willing to help and told him to follow prompts. Then 4/8/23 he had more blood work done. He arrived at 4pm. After she finished taking blood he was headed to the door. She said "sir I need a urine sample, and you only have 6 minutes then we are closed" Unfortunately he couldn't give her a sample and she said all the test would need to be reordered. I realize everyone is short handed and ready to go home at quitting time, but they need to realize everyone is dealing with health issues when coming to that facility for services and the professionals may not know the extent of the patients problems and need a little compassion when it comes to bodily functions!"
